Wilde Lake has Architectural Covenants that regulate changes to the
exterior of your home. All property in Wilde Lake is restricted by
the Covenants. Before altering the exterior of your house or property
in any way, you must consult the Architectural Guidelines and
submit an Application for Exterior Alteration. Both are available below
for your convenience or you can pick up copies at Slayton House.
In-Home Businesses require an In-Home Profession Application which is
also available at Slayton House.
PLEASE NOTE: Exterior alterations begun without prior approval of the Architectural
Committee are in violation of the covenants and are at the resident's own risk.
Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) meetings are held on the 2nd
and 4th Tuesday of every month at 7:30 pm at Slayton House to
review requests for alterations.
The deadline for all applications is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday
of the month for review at the following RAC meeting.
(Incomplete applications will be returned.)
The RAC acts as an advisory committee to the Wilde Lake Architectural Committee (AC).
The RAC reviews all Applications for Exterior Alteration and makes recommendations to
approve or disapprove. The final decision is made by a member of the AC, the RAC
Liaison, who processes all applications within five (5) business days of the RAC
recommendation. |
