The Center Fold is published monthly by the Columbia Town Center Residential Community Association, 5430 Vantage Point Road, Columbia, 21044. The Village Board meets at Historic Oakland each month on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. The Architectural Committee meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays each month, at 7:00 p.m., immediately before regular Village Board business. All residents are welcome.

Architectural Committee decisions: August 6, 2008 Meeting Whitney at Town Center Condo Assoc.: Replace black call box at community’s gate entrance with brick call box/community map combination. Approved. Whitney at Town Center Condo Assoc.: Add 10” black numbers to front of each community building for identification purposes. Approved.
Ring Dove Condo Assoc.: Replace deteriorating wooden retaining walls with more durable stacked concrete block retaining walls. Approved.
