River Hill Architectural Committee approval may not be the only approval required. It may
also be necessary to obtain approval from a Homeowners' Association and/or Howard County.
Howard County permit information can be obtained by calling 410-313-2455. It is
the homeowner's responsibility to obtain all necessary approvals. If there are
inconsistencies, the most restrictive criteria or covenants take precedence.
Exterior alterations begun and/or completed without prior approval of the River Hill
Architectural Committee are in violation of the Covenants are at the applicant's own
risk. Guidelines to the River Hill Covenants are available at the Village Office located
in the Claret Hall. Questions about the application or review process should be referred
to the Covenant Advisor at 410-531-1749.
