The Other Barn in the Village of Oakland Mills was once part of the Owings Dorsey Dairy Farm. It has been remodeled and decorated to preserve its character, yet provide a unique, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The Other Barn features meeting and party space as well as a Reading Center and U.S. Post Office.
The Grist Newsletter is published in the Columbia Flier twice a month featuring news of the Village Association, Village Board, RAC agenda and covenant articles, special events and programs.
The Other Barn provides on-going classes, programs, special events and activities for all ages including exercise and dance classes, new residents welcomes, holiday parties for children, Lively Arts for Little Ones and a variety of other special programs and events.
