Architectural Guideline Revision! The Village Board, in its role as the Architectural Committee, has completed its review and revision of the Oakland Mills covenant guidelines. For a copy of the final draft, call the village office, at 410-730-4610.
Exterior alterations to your property require review by the Resident Architectural Committee (RAC). RAC meets the first and third Thursday of every month. An application must be submitted by 9 p.m. on Tuesday 2 weeks before the meeting at which it will be heard.
